Your Profile
Your profile is visible to other runners and hosts. It includes:
- Avatar — Upload a photo
- Name — How you're displayed
- Bio — A short intro about yourself
- Location — Where you're based
- Badge collection — Achievements you've earned
Editing Your Profile
- Click your avatar in the header
- Select Profile
- Click Edit to make changes
- Save when done
Tip: A complete profile with photo helps hosts and runners feel comfortable when you join their runs.

Notification Preferences
Control how you receive updates:
- Email notifications — Toggle on/off
- Notification frequency — Immediate or daily digest
Account Actions
Manage your account:
- Change email address — Update your login email
- Change password — Update your password
- Delete account — Permanently remove your data (GDPR)
Privacy
We take your privacy seriously:
- Your email is never shared publicly
- Location is optional
- You control what's visible on your profile

Can I be both a host and tourist?
Yes! Many hosts also join other hosts' runs. Your schedule shows everything together.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This is permanent and removes all your data.
