Manage your personal information and control how you experience the platform.

Your Profile

Your profile is visible to other runners and hosts. It includes:

  • Avatar — Upload a photo
  • Name — How you're displayed
  • Bio — A short intro about yourself
  • Location — Where you're based
  • Badge collection — Achievements you've earned

Editing Your Profile

  1. Click your avatar in the header
  2. Select Profile
  3. Click Edit to make changes
  4. Save when done

Tip: A complete profile with photo helps hosts and runners feel comfortable when you join their runs.

Notification Preferences

Control how you receive updates:

  • Email notifications — Toggle on/off
  • Notification frequency — Immediate or daily digest

Account Actions

Manage your account:

  • Change email address — Update your login email
  • Change password — Update your password
  • Delete account — Permanently remove your data (GDPR)

Privacy

We take your privacy seriously:

  • Your email is never shared publicly
  • Location is optional
  • You control what's visible on your profile

How do I become a host?

Can I be both a host and tourist?

Yes! Many hosts also join other hosts' runs. Your schedule shows everything together.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This is permanent and removes all your data.
